The BIO-GRAPE colour pigments contain over 600 powerful red wine polyphenol antioxidants that are believed to be responsible for THE FRENCH PARADOX, the fact that the higher the levels of these antioxidants in the diet in a region of France the lower the level of heart disease in that region even if they have high cholesterol levels.
